Cable Scarf

This is the scarf I've been working on. Just completed this morning. It was so much fun. It has three cables that are turned whenever you feel like it. No real pattern. I knitted with LionBrand Organic Cotton in Strawberry. It took 3 skeins to go 6 feet. The pattern was found on Susan B. Anderson's blog. This is my 2nd cable project. I am very pleased with it. My first project was a scarf with one cable running down the center, but the edges turn in. This pattern allows the scarf to lay flat.

I tried using specially made cable holders, but found that I really like using a double pointed needle to hold my cables. I haven't had a problem with it twisting.
