I've been soap making this week. Tony made new molds for me to use. I should have taken pictures of those. Here are my soaps so far. This one is Lemongrass and Citrus. It's made with lemongrass and grapefruit essential oils. I used 80% olive oil and 20% coconut oil as the base and green tea to make the lye mixture.
I love this one. Honeysuckle and Calendula. I usually don't make soap with fragrance oils, but this one is so subtle. I did not know, but Marigolds and Calendulas are the same flower. So, a few weeks ago, I picked some Marigolds from our flower beds and dried them for my soap.
I have a typewriter set that I can stamp my soaps with. So pretty.
This one is Peppermint and Shea Butter made with a loofah sponge.
