Cowl

I whipped up a cowl for my girlfriend's birthday.  It's a big one- 55. 

I just made this pattern up by looking at some cowls on etsy.  

I used a bulky weight yarn, just a little over 1 skein.  You could probably make it with one skein easily. Just cut the mid section to about 5 inches.

CO64 onto size 10.5 circular needles

knit 4, purl 4 in the round for 3 inches

knit for about 6 inches

knit 4, purl 4 for 3 inches

Bind off

I had leftover yarn so I am making another one.  This time I am turning the knit stitches into cables.  I love cables.
